TSSA's new Compliance Standards for the following elevating devices take effect on March 1, 2023:
These new Compliance Standards - lists that identify high-risk non-compliances - have been designed to help device owners and operators better understand their safety priorities and identify items that, if not addressed, may pose a high risk to public safety.
TSSA is holding webinars to provide owners, operators, property managers and contractors with a clear understanding of how the new Compliance Standards will work, as well as TSSA’s expectations and required safety obligations.

Items that will be examined during periodic inspections
Checklists that will be used by TSSA inspectors

The process that will be followed if a non-compliance is noted on a periodic inspection report
