Education Forum Registration Form 2026
Delegate registration form for both in-person and online. The in-person registration includes IPE membership fee for those who are not members. By attending the Education Forum, you will become a member of the IPE.

To complete your registration/purchase please visit the E-Commerce section of the IPE Ontario website.

Please note that all electronic purchases that are requested to be refunded will be assessd a 5% handling fee to offset our financing charges.

PayPal

PayPal is an electronic means of making a payment with your PayPal Account. You may use your credit card if you do not have an account with PayPal.
Corporate Purchase Order (P.O.)

Please send us your purchase order and we can then generate an invoice. Accepted forms of payment are by a) credit card (PayPal) or b) corporate cheque.
