TSSA’S SAFETY PLANS DURING THE ONGOING INSPECTOR STRIKE

During the strike, non-union employees, such as supervisors with the required training, certification and experience, are performing inspections. In many cases, these are TSSA’s most highly qualified inspection experts. TSSA has also engaged additional contractors with the required certification to complete inspections.

TSSA has been negotiating in good faith for many months and remains committed to reaching a first collective agreement in order to avoid a strike. TSSA Fee Changes to BPV and OE- Effective May 1, 2022
