Subject: Important Announcement: Company Wind-Down & Special Sales Incentives

Dear Valued Customers, Partners, and Industry Colleagues, After years of proudly serving the Power Engineering community with high-quality textbooks and training resources, we have made the difficult decision to wind down our operations over the next three months.

As PanGlobal transitions through this process, we remain committed to ensuring that you have access to the materials you need. To support you in finding alternative suppliers, we are providing an extended notice period along with special incentives for bulk purchases. Bulk orders will allow customers to replenish their inventory in advance of the Fall 2025 semester and beyond.

Key Details:

• Existing Orders: Orders already placed will be fulfilled and shipped as usual.

• New Orders: All new orders must be placed no later than April 18, 2025. Orders received before the deadline will be shipped by April 30, 2025, to meet your ongoing needs.

• Bulk Orders: Bookstores and other customers requiring large shipments should place bulk orders as early as possible to secure inventory while supplies remain available. To assist with this transition, we are offering discounts greater than our usual bulk pricing. Please contact your customer service associate to request a management callback to discuss available discounts and receive a quote.

• PG Focus: PG Focus subscriptions will end no later than May 31, 2025. Effective immediately, new subscriptions will be limited to one-week or one-month durations.

• Learning Management System (LMS): Institutional access to PanGlobal’s LMS will be terminated per each customer’s current contract. We will contact each customer individually to assess their timelines and facilitate the wind-down process.

o Current non-institutional (textbook) LMS users will retain access until May 31, 2025, after which the platform will no longer be available. We are unable to accept new registrations to these value-added resources.
