Inspection Scheduling Agents are available, as of March 1, from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
TSSA Inspectors will no longer schedule non-emergency BPV or OE inspections.
Note: For BPV inspections scheduled through an insurer, there is no change to the inspection scheduling process.
For urgent inspection requests outside business hours, please contact your local inspector.

Our lead times for inspections are as follows. Rural or northern Ontario inspections may require longer lead times due to travel. Please note BPV and OE inspection availability on February 25-26 is limited to urgent / emergency requests.
