| We are going to the Races! |

| On Friday, October 12, 2007, after a day of learning we
are going to be heading off to the Woodbine Racetrack. A bus will
take us from the hotel around 6:00pm and take us to the racetrack.
After the races the bus will return us to the hotel. The agenda is as follows: |

6:40pm - Post Parade Racing Dinner
- Chef's Soup of the Day
- Italian Rolls and Bread Display with Butter
- Salad and Cold Selections - Assorted salad greens with a
selection of dressings, make your own Caesar salad, Root
Vegetables and florets with blue cheese dip, condiment of olives
and pickles, Waterloo Country cold cuts, Smoked river and lake
fish, Kiwi mussels in a smoked corn vinaigrette, domestic cheeses
and soda crackers.
- Hot Items - Chef's choice of two hot entrees of the day,
Potatoes and or rice along with the vegetable of the day.
- Chef's Featured Carved Item of the Day - Roast Beef
- Dessert Buffet - Seasonal fresh fruits, cakes and tortes, mini
pastries, flans and mousses.
- Coffee, decaffeinated coffee, or tea
- Host Bar (two free tickets each) then cash bar

| Race Sponsorship |
| We are also sponsoring a race where some members of
our group will go to the winners circle to present the winning rider
and horse with an Institute of Power Engineers embroidered blanket. |
