Take a tour of Toronto's Pearson International Airport Co-generation
Plant located just off site from the airport. Members of the
Toronto Branch and visiting members and guests at the National
Convention toured this plant in 2006. At this time the plant
was just being commissioned. It is now in operation and our
members have requested a return visit. Come join us on this
tour and find out how the airport has the ability to generate it's
own power as well as heat and air condition the facilities.
This plant was rated as one of the top 6 Co-Gen plants in Canada by
Power Magazine.
