TSSA’s Mike Adams to retire effective June 28, 2019

This is to inform you that Mike Adams, Statutory Director, Boilers and Pressure Vessels (BPV) and Operating Engineers (OE) Safety Program, has decided to retire from Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), effective June 28, 2019.

Mike joined TSSA in February 2011 from Ontario Power Generation (OPG) and has made significant contributions during the past eight years as the BPV and OE programs evolve to a risk and outcomes-based model. As a recognized industry leader, Mike fulfills leadership roles with the National Board and the Association of Chief Inspectors.  He also holds a Certified Project Management Professional designation and is a member of Professional Engineer Ontario.

TSSA would like to thank Mike for his many contributions to keeping Ontarians safe and wish him well in his retirement.

Should you have any questions please contact either Kristian Kennedy or myself.
